2010 Leadership Camp

The Grade 7 Boys attended their 2010 leadership camp at Camp Discovery near Rust de Winter.

It was a day that was enjoyed by all, with many exciting and challenging activities that encouraged team work and leadership development. The focus of the camp was not on leadership identification, but rather on developing leadership skills that the boys as leaders of the School are going to need this year.

Challenging obstacles were encountered where boys had to overcome some personal fears and had their endurance levels pushed to the limit. The outstanding lesson learnt was that you can achieve far more as a team than any one person on their own.

The boys came away with a better understanding and appreciation for the quote that states:-

"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more – then you are a leader."
