The WHPS Parents Who Care Group

As we look at the world that our Children are exposed to as they are busy growing up, we can clearly see that the apostle Paul had great insight when he penned the letter to the Ephesians and in chapter 6 writes "the battle we fight is not against flesh and blood but against the powers, rulers and principalities of this dark age" (Ephesians 6:12). Sometimes we are overwhelmed by all the "darkness" out there.

The wonderful news is that we serve a faithful God who delights in the prayers of His children! Should you be interested in practically taking a part in putting on the "full armour of God", (Ephesians 6:11-18) please join us at the The Parents Who Care group.

We meet three times a week. The times and places are:

Monday afternoons in the Speech Therapy Classroom from 14h00
Wednesday mornings from 07h00 in the Library
Friday afternoons in the Adult Library at 13h00

Our main function is to pray for WHPS and this includes praying for the boys as well as all the staff.

Should you not have the time to join us but would like to be one of our Prayer email Warriors, please email Tracy Barrett by completing the form below and you will be added onto our Prayer Warrior email list.

At the end of each year we give all of the boys in grade 3 a bible as they move into their senior year at WHPS. We also give each of the grade 7 boys a farewell gift book. Should you wish to contribute towards this, please give your donation to the Bursar and she will see that this is deposited into the dedicated "Moms Who Care" account.
