You are invited to be part of the WHPS PA Golf Challenge 2011, our Annual Golf Fundraiser on Friday 16 September 2011 at Pretoria Country Club.

The WHPS Golf Challenge is a highlight on our School calendar. This unique networking event creates an environment that enables companies, alumni, pupils, friends and staff of WHPS to renew old acquaintances, create new ones and generally have a great golfing experience.

Those who are not keen golfers are invited to join in the fun at the Prize Giving Dinner where you will be able to network with friends of the School, have a glass of wine and naturally win prizes in our raffle.

For those of you who have participated in previous years, you know that a fun-filled day is in store for you. Please enter as many teams as you wish!

The golf day provides sponsors with an opportunity to spend the day with fellow golfing enthusiasts while promoting your product.

The WHPS Golf Day is the School's single biggest Fund Raiser in the year and all proceeds contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of facilities for the boys.

WHPS is most grateful to all the sponsors who help make the Golf Day an unsurpassed success every year.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Presenting Sponsor R100 000

This sponsorship will include:

• A complimentary four-ball
• Temporary ownership of the 1st or 18th hole to brand and display products
• Branding in the prize-giving function room
• Four additional guests for the dinner

Dinner Sponsor R50 000

This sponsorship will include:

• Branding in the dining room and foyer
• Four guests for the dinner

Putting Green Sponsorship R10 000

This sponsorship includes branding of the practice putting green.

Chipping Green Sponsorship R10 000

This sponsorship includes branding of the practice chipping green.

Halfway House Sponsorship R15 000

This sponsorship includes branding of the Halfway House as agreed between sponsor and Coffee Shop.

Watering Hole Sponsorship R5 000

This sponsorship offers product and services displays at your hole and allows you to offer refreshments and catering to all participating golfers.

Hole Branding Sponsorship R2 5 00

This sponsorship allows you to brand a specific hole with your corporate identity. This could include the displaying of banners or innovative marketing such as a themed hole.

All sponsors will be able to:

Place their literature and/or branded items in the golfer's gift bags that will be handed out to all golfers at registration.

Dinner Guests

Additional invited dinner guests and partner may join the Prize-Giving Dinner Function for R250 per person. The function will start at 19h00 with dinner served around 20h00. There will be a cash bar available.

Prizes and Donations:

The benefits of being a Golf Day Prize Sponsor include your name on the sponsor board and a mention at Prize-Giving. Additionally the prize list will include prizes for the Longest Drive and Nearest To The Pin.

GOLFERS:

Tee-off Times: From 11h00 off 1st and 10th tees
Competition: Four-ball Alliance, Stableford Points
Prizes: * First 5 four-balls * Nearest to the pin * Longest Drive
Price: R1250 per golfer
This includes a welcome drink, halfway house voucher, gift bag, caddies, dinner and more.
Rules: All golfers are to follow the standard golfing rules and to dress accordingly.
